List Your Book on the Author's Bookshelf!
Want to let half a million writers know about your book? Writing-World.com attracts more than half a million visitors per year -- nearly 50,000 per month. Let them know about your latest book on the Author's Bookshelf.
For one low fee, you have the choice of linking your listing directly to your website or book sale page, or having your own "book page" on Writing-World.com. Your book page can include up to 300 words of copy (e.g., a summary of the book, reviews, etc.) and a cover image.
All new listings are announced for the first month in the Writing World Newsletter, which goes to more than 14,000 subscribers, and are posted under "New Listings" on the Bookshelf. Thereafter, they are listed under the appropriate heading (fiction, nonfiction, books for writers).

How to Post a Listing
Step 1: Contact
Moira Allen, Editor to set up your listing. You will be asked to provide the following information:
- The duration of the listing (3 months, 6 months, 1 year)
- Your complete name and mailing address
- The title of the book
- A gif or jpg of the book cover, or the URL of a site from which it can be downloaded
- The text of your book page ad, OR the URL of the site to which you wish your listing to be linked
Step 2: You will receive a contract, which will include information on how to make payment for your listing.
Step 3: Payment! All listings MUST be prepaid. We will not post a listing until payment is in hand (sorry, we've just had too many bad experiences to post ads on "faith").
Step 4: If you have not provided your cover and ad text yet, you will need to do so before the beginning of the month in which your listing is scheduled to begin.
Terms and Conditions
1) Listings are posted on the first business day of the month. Orders must be received one week prior to the beginning of the month.
2) All orders must be PREPAID. Payment can be made by check, money order or PayPal.
3) Please review and proofread your ad copy carefully; we're not responsible for errors in your text. Changes to listings (e.g., new URL, etc.) are accepted within reason.
4) We will accept listings for most types of books, but no pornography, erotica, or hate literature. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any listing.
